Reishi Mushrooms is known as the “queen of mushrooms” or the “mother mushroom” in Chinese and Japanese medicine. Reishi is revered for its Zen inducing effects. It has been traditionally used to support mood, immune health, and promote calmness in Eastern Medicine. It’s adaptogenic properties are thought to reduce inflammation, help the body to naturally adapt to stress, and promote relaxation.
Chaga is found growing on birch trees in cold climates. Chaga is nutrient rich superfood is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Chaga is known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory proprieties.
Turkey Tail is thought to create optimal gut health. It is rich in antioxidants and is known support immune system balance and help with digestion.
Maitake means dancing mushroom in Japanese. The mushroom is rich in antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins and traditionally used to support immune defense and immune system balance.
