This 80% bar uses our single-origin Maya Mopan cacao that was dry-aged in a Dry Land level 4 charred oak whiskey barrel for the last three months, lending the nibs a subtle whiskey flavor. The bar is chocolate-forward, but with the signature oak and slate and tasting notes (vanilla, caramel) of premium Dry Land Distillers Antero whiskey. With just TWO ingredients, this bar is craft chocolate indulgence. There is no cacao butter in this bar, for a unique mouthfeel.
